Adhering to resolutions has always been difficult and with us being in a continued loop of quarantine, it adds to the difficulty level. Kicking off yet another year in a state of isolation, we’ve got a list of tips and tricks that can help you stay on track with your resolutions,

There are multiple apps that can easily be accessed. Now, the fun thing about these trackers is that they will keep sharing prompts to remind you of your growth or remind you about the smaller goals.   • Buddy System: The fundamental of a buddy system is that it keeps you motivated and this helps you reach your goals faster. To break it down, you pair with someone who has similar goals and have a weekly discussion on the advancement of the goals. A little bit of healthy competition coupled with that of constant encouragement is the perfect recipe to abiding by a resolution.  
  • Online Communities: Modern problems require modern solutions. Facebook, Instagram and even Snapchat have become a hub for communities of individuals who are trying to achieve similar goals. All you have to do is answer a small questionnaire and then you become a part of this community that on a regular discusses challenges and suggests solutions
  • Journaling on social media: Open a social media account to journal all your experiences on the path of fulfilling your resolutions. This will keep you motivated and all hyped up to follow and achieve your goal in a set timeline
